3D Health Bar
Have a floating health bar above your player!

Puts a 3D Health bar that floats above ALL players on the server. Not sure how to explain that further.
Updates when health changes, or when you are damaged.
(No loops or ticks)
Will work for playertypes with custom health (So yes, you can make your 1000 HP playertype work with this)
When this is enabled (Enable it by changing pref $Pref::Server::TDHealthBar::Stealth to true) Your health will only appear when you are being damaged, healed, or having health changed. Can be used when you dont want yout health to be seen when not being damaged.
It is also an RTB Pref.
RTB Prefs include...
Enable - Enables the healthbar
Stealth Mode - Healthbar only shows up when being damaged, and dissapears a second later.
Show on Players - Makes the health bar show up on players.
Show on Bots - Makes the health bar show on bots

Added RTB Prefs for enabling the add-on and enabling stealth mode.
Added /HBar command to show your health bar when in stealth mode.

This will allow you to have the health bar only show on bots and/or players.
Health bar will not show up on Invincible players/bots
